City Dumpsters

The dumpsters by the firehall have always been misused. Effective Immediately, They are for overflow household garbage bags ONLY!!!!! NO Furniture, Appliances, Construction Debris, lumber, fencing, or any other miscellaneous big items. Also Boxes must be broken down. Putting this stuff in the dumpster is Illegal dumping and there is a sign on the Dumpsters that state a $500.00 fine will be accessed. Also the city has put into place a $50.00 fine for the first offense, $100.00 fine for the second offense, and $150.00 for the third or above offenses. We have cameras on the dumpsters so we know who is dumping what. There is a sign now by the dumpsters that state this. Please help us keep the dumpsters by following these rules. Thank you.
