Water Rates & Policies

Listed below, you will find the City of Grandin current water rates and policies. If you do not find the information you need, please contact our office and we will provide it for you. 

Should you experience a problem with your water, please call the phone numbers provided. We will do everything possible to locate the problem with your water service.

Rates:  

Water Base Rate:  $30.00  Effective 01/01/2025

Water:                   $10.00 / 1000 Gallons

Sewer:                   $20.00

Tower Repair:        $  9.00

Garbage:               $25.00

Water payments are due by the 15th of the month.   

Deposit of $150.00 for new service of water is required before move-in.   

City of Grandin is responsible for lines up to the curb stop.  Residents are responsible for anything from curb stop to the home.
